Nextrom Holding AG will publish its 2005 Results on May 09, 2006

Nextrom Holding AG will publish its annual results on May 09, 2006 and not on April 27, 2006 as previously communicated. The up to two weeks delay is caused a) by recent additional requests of the company’s statutory auditors for documenting the effects of the restructuring process which took place in 2005, in particular with regard to the comparability of the continued operations to the earlier year and the effects of the sale of the loss making units in 2005; and b) by the necessary restatement of the annual report 2004 according to IFRS standards.

Nextrom Holding AG wishes to point out that the additional requests are merely of a technical nature and that there are no material issues which caused the delay.
